The 'canSee' and 'eat' methods are not found in the 'Actor' class. However, they are included in the 'Animal' class which can be imported via the menubar using 'Edit>Import class...' and selecting it to 'Import'. Once it is included in your project, you can have any Actor subclass extend the Animal class to make those methods available.

I think you'll find with Stackoverflow that you can ask questions at any level, but there is little tolerance for questions which show lack of basic research, don't make sense, or are not complete. You need to take some time when you write a question on SO - make it clear, elaborate, be precise about what you don't understand or what you need to know, use the correct terminology, etc. (The same rules apply anywhere, but on SO people often have little patience if you fail to follow them).

Greenfoot not working

The problem is in one of your constructors or in a method one of them calls. You need to go through what happens when you reset the project (trace the code). You could comment everything out and uncomment things one at a time until you come across the problem code. That would tell you where it is problematic.

3d Raycasting

Ok, so now that I know a lot more about raycasting, I decided to revist my previous 3d Utility project. I am completely re-working how I am going about rendering. This time, I am rendering by drawing a ray for each pixel on the screen, then I want to determine what face it connects with, thus telling me what color to display (when I say what face, I also would prefer to know WHERE on the face). I had tried asking on stackoverflow, but they were a little unwelcoming and pretty much told me "You S***. You don't know how to code. Get a life". Here is my code. Can anyone tell me where I went wrong? <Code Omitted>The VectorTools <Code Omitted> The Vector class I have is pretty much just storing x,y, and z. Any additional information can easily be made available.

When adding an enemy to the world, this enemy can add its health bar to the world. You can save this health bar object and let it move relative to the enemy. The health bar object doesn't need an act method. (This isn't full code, some methods are missing, but you will get the idea, I hope.)
