That is not true. There are two ways to enter a card for the PlayerHand to move. You can inspect a card first, then enter the name (probably 'card') when creating a PlayerHand object; or, you can double click on the card when the PlayerHand is waiting for input for the parameter. You do not need the 'while' loop. The act method is called repeatedly to create what might be considered your initial looping to turn individual steps, like 'move(1)', into a constant moving to the right.

What is the purpose of the "variable"? -- what does the value of it represent and how will it be used? Is it really a variable or is it actually a constant value? Where are you trying to put it and where are you trying to access its value from (give class names and indicate what class they extends -- World or Actor)?

I think they just want you to create a method do accomplish each one of the tasks. So, for example, a method to calculate the race winner would check the times of all the horses that ran and find the shortest one, then return that horse. Questions you might want to ask then are -- What arrangement of data would make it easiest to accomplish this? Would that arrangement be suitable for collecting the data? Then, test out your idea and to make it work. If you end up stuck, then post what code you tr
