Not recognizing applet tag?

My mistake (but by me that's one of the reasons it says "Your browser...", the other reason is that I have to use IE).

The other computer must have java installed and you need to tell the program to 'Open with...' it (for starters).

You may be asking too much out of my class. It was not programmed to produce shadowing effects other than out of the range of the beam. You may want to find a raycasting type of class for your purposes.

This is pretty simple. Graphical systems like Greenfoot have an inverted y axis. That way saying the offset is 25 means you were testing 25 units below the object. So you just have to change the offset from -25 to 25 and do the reverse thing for the down site. <Code Omitted> Thats all you have to do I think. I hope I could help. ;P

You need to move the running of the animation counter to outside the 'shoot' method -- maybe in your 'checkKey method outside any 'if' blocks already there. Also 10 act cycles is usually quite a short amount of time (maybe one-sixth of a second) -- you may want to increase its limiting value in your line 23 above to slow it down.

You do not need to check for apples at all. You can remove the entire 'checkApple' method. You already have a 'checkEdge' method with an 'isAtEdge' call in it. You just need a bit more code in it to turn the apples there (in the 'if' block code). Use the same code format as the code that changes the images of all the leaves.

I see a mthod called killPlayer but in it is: <Code Omitted>nothing to check if (isTouching(Player.class) or removeTouching(Player.class). P. S. It would be easier to read your code if it had proper indentation, the fastest way to make proper indentation is by pressing <Ctrl> + 'i' in the class editor.

Bomb code

In the posted code it's not fixed, and that's the code that I can look for problems. The if in the Bomb (that you fixed) now runs through the explode() code (if it's not commented anymore) all that has in it is removeObject() (after .302 of a sceond, which by then might have left the method already back to the act but it doesn't make a difference because of the next line of code), so it either does the removeObject in explode() or in the act (but I don't know how the "if" works with the 't', I don't
