Radial Graphs

This is something I threw together to demonstrate to differences between, and the various directions that can be taken by, the two different methods of re-positioning of an object.

It was not going to be for publication, at first; but decided that maybe someone would (a) enjoy it (b) have fun with it or (c) learn from it.
Also decided to add brief comments on Header screens, Control objects and Fields in the README file, which can assist with score counters, health bars and power-ups.

The 'Up to' range method was an added feature and should not be used in comparison with any meaning as such.

Use mouse clicks and button holds to adjust the controls at the bottom of the screen to change the parameters.
