PROJECT TITLE: Wrath of Cernunnos
PURPOSE OF PROJECT:
This project is a narrative-driven puzzle adventure game built in Greenfoot.
The player explores an interconnected overworld and several interior rooms while
collecting mythological artifacts, solving logic-based puzzles, unlocking doors,
and assembling a fractured stone tablet.
The game incorporates state machines, Markov chains, interactable objects,
puzzle logic, and tangential learning about ancient mythologies
(Celtic, Assyrian, Mesopotamian, and Egyptian).

HOW TO START THIS PROJECT:
1. Open the Greenfoot scenario in the Greenfoot IDE.
2. Click **Run** to begin the game.

USER INSTRUCTIONS:
OVERVIEW:
You play as an explorer uncovering four ancient mythological symbols by navigating
the world, opening locked chests, solving puzzles, and collecting key items.
Your ultimate goal is to assemble the full Stone Tablet and unlock the final ritual chamber.
CONTROLS:
• Move Up: W or ↑
• Move Down: S or ↓
• Move Left: A or ←
• Move Right: D or →
• Interact (doors, chests, objects): F
• Mouse Click: Alternative interaction
• Close puzzles or overlays: Click the on-screen “X” button
