The human race was infected by an e-Hack, a virus who attacked the brain-chip-implants GCIs, and turned into mindless zombies.
You are one of the last survivors, Dr. Shaun Akble, who fights to survive and tries to find the anti-hack.

R - rage-mode (after eating a mushroom)
