this is pretty cool... its kinda hard to notice how many times you need to hit the bricks on the second level.. maybe add like darker colors for stronger bricks?

Level 3 practically won itself! the first time the ball went down to the paddle was after 95% of the blocks were cleared!

if you press 'a' while the text is showing it gets a litttle messed up.. should be easy to fix though..

Well the "a" is just temporary until i can get a load level function and an opening screen... I'll try to make it so that the ball returns to the paddle before the next level loads.

a cool powerup would be a laser or gun thing like the in blackberry brickbreaker....

One minor point - in the last level some of the translucent blocks can be quite difficult to make out against the background, perhaps colouring them slightly differently might help? Also, instead of the daffodils becoming clearer it'd be quite cool if there was a significant visual change :-)

What is the "Dictionary" pane on the right for? Anyway, nice effects, I like the way the ball leaves a clean trail and the paddle bounces when the ball hits it.
