Adding a tag through 'Edit Scenario' doens't work

I am not sure if this is a known bug (or if I am just doing something wrong). If you click on 'Edit Scenario' and try to add a tag, it ends up with an error (HTTP 405, if that helps), no matter what I type into that field. So it seems like the only way to add a tag is to update the scenario. (Removing of tags works.)

Adding tags that way has not worked in a long time (if ever). Fortunately, you can re-upload with the appropriate tags. BTW, this has been mentioned here and here.

That's right, it's a known problem. We will try to get around to fixing that sometime soon, I hope.
