I can’t find where you declare „u“.Also, in the third for loop, you try to access a field at an index but you don’t say what variable that is off

With error on line 11, I do not see a static method called square in your ComplexNumber class. Also, exactly what is that line supposed to square? It is not given. Similarly for lines 12, 14 and 15, what is being added to? Line 17 tries to compare two objects by using "<". Only values can be compared with that. You will probably need to add methods called isGreaterThan and isLessThan (or, instead a method called getMagnitude) to the ComplexNumber class do deal with such a comparison.

corrected all errors except this one
if(ComplexNumber.Tc.mod < ComplexNumber.mod(Td))

Use class name (ComplexNumber) for static method calls. Use instance variable name for non-static method calls. The mod method is not static, therefore:
if (Tc.mod() < Td.mod())
If you had a static mod method (which you do not -- at least, I did not find one in the class), then you might have something like this:
if (ComplexNumber.mod(Tc) < ComplexNumber.mod(Td))
