How do i make another screen that will ask the player if he/she wants to try again, then the game restarts?

Add an actor to the world. Give this actor an image with like "Click to try again" or "Press Enter to try again". And then, you could check for a mouse click on this object or if enter is pressed to see if the game should be restarted.
