How to Program Work the score counter

I am creating a game where the fish actor shoot bubbles actor at the Badfish actor. I have programmed to do all that. The score counter is seen but it wont increase the score by 1 when i hit a badfish. WHAT DO I DO NOW?? so far only the counter is shown no code has been added to incraese score???

It could look like this: 
((Counter) (getWorld().getObjects(Counter.class).get(0))).add(1);
