Good evening everyone. I trust that you all are well. I would greatly appreciate assistance with my greenfoot program. I downloaded the program but it won't run? I have downloaded greenfoot 6 times with no successful result. Then I later learned it requires the JDK to run. So I downloaded that too, but this has not solved my problem. Basically my greenfoot launches however it refuses to run. Any suggestions? Please reply as soon as possible, I have an assignment due Monday. Kind regards Katsura

Hi, What precisely do you mean by "launches" vs "run"? What happens, exactly, when you try to start Greenfoot - do any windows open; do you see any error messages, and if so what (exactly) do they say? If you see nothing at all, read the technical support page and post the information requested there (to the support email address).

Hi davmac Thank you for your prompt reply, sorry that I only got back to you now. Basically the greenfoot loading screen would open but it wouldn't progress from there. I resolved my issue by going to a friend that day and extracting his zipped folder onto my flash and now I just run greenfoot on my flash. Again thank you! Kind regards Katsura
