That's a very vague problem description. Is this for an assignment or homework exercise? What are the constraints?

Jackhammer: start your own discussion thread please, instead of hijacking someone else's. In general I (and many others) are willing to provide help with any problem someone has, so long as they take the effort to:
  • clearly explain the problem, in detail
  • attempt to solve it themselves, first
  • look at available resources, including those in the documentation section of this website, first
  • demonstrate that they have made their own efforts, by showing code that they have written or discussing any seemingly relevant documentation or examples and explaining which parts they do not understand
  • formulate one or more clear questions which are designed to assist their own understanding and help them come to a solution.

So the assignment is to create a code which has a robot touch every piece of a maze. My approach was to make a while loop which makes the robot turn or move forward if it encounters a wall in front of it. But it won't compile for some reason

I can't tell you why it doesn't compile (you don't show the code or the error message), but as a hint, instead of using a while loop, try to use the act method.
