little-crab-2 my project

Hi friends I am about TO finish the the crab game project from the greenfoot game simulation book. But one exercise from the book forces me not to complete that. The ex no- 4.18 from the page no-56. and that is " THE CRAB IMAGE CHANGES FAIRLY QUICKLY WHILE THE CRAB RUNS. WHICH MAKES OUR CRAB A LITTLE BIT HYPERACTIVE. MAY B IT WOULD LOOK NICER IF THE IMAGE CHANGED ONLY ONE EVERY SECOND OR THIRD ACT CYCLE. TRY TO IMPLEMENT THIS. TO DO THIS U COULD ADD A COUNTER THAT GETS INCREMENTED THE ACT METHOD. EVERY TIME IT REACHES 2 (OR3), THE IMAGE CHANGES, AND THE COUNTER IS RESET TO 0" Pls anyone know where to add these exactly in my code, then tell me.
