Wow! Just played your game "Zombie Shooter" and I’m seriously impressed — this is one of the most polished and enjoyable Greenfoot projects I’ve seen in a while. From the moment the game loads, it’s clear you’ve put a ton of effort into both the mechanics and the visuals. The zombie AI is surprisingly reactive, and the pacing keeps things tense without ever feeling overwhelming. I especially loved how the zombies start slowly and ramp up the pressure — it gives the game a really nice difficulty curve that rewards skill and awareness.
The shooting mechanics feel responsive and satisfying — good job balancing bullet speed and fire rate so that it doesn’t become too easy or chaotic. The hit detection works great, and I like how you’ve added visual feedback when a zombie gets hit. It gives the player a real sense of impact, which is so important in action games.
Also, props for the background design and music/sound effects (if any are included) — they set the tone perfectly and really add to the overall immersion. The animations on both the player and zombies were smooth and fit the style well. If you ever update the game, maybe consider adding reload mechanics, weapon upgrades, or a wave system — but even without those, it’s already super fun and addictive.
I could see this turning into a full game if you expand on it — maybe with a shop, power-ups, boss zombies, or different level designs. The core gameplay loop is already solid, and that’s the hardest part to get right. You absolutely nailed it here.
Huge congrats on building such a great game — it’s clear you’ve learned a lot and applied it well. Can’t wait to see what you make next!
