As far as i know, their might be 3 cause
1) Greenfoot was running on background. If yes, then close it and open it again
2) U haven't replaced it. U might have clicked the cancel button. Try removing original css file temporarily and then paste the css flie which I edited
3) U haven't placed it in correct folder.

And about windows 7, i think i m the one who should ask how do u knew that i m using Windows 7.
I use it becaz java is just my hobby and for that I never asked for the windows 10
(actually its without ssd card (-_-;) )
I know from the images in this scenario. Those are Windows 7 window borders. Upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 20 is still free, and I don’t think the missing SSD will make a difference between 7 and 10
