Balloon Pop

This is a fun little program I made for my 10th grade CS class. It centers around popping balloons that fall from the sky, trying not to let any reach the bottom. It includes a game over screen, victory screen, themes for all 3 screens, 2 objects that enter and help you pop balloons, and much more!

Here's a quick plot synopsis that will make the game much more interesting to play:

"It's 1986, and the city of Cleveland has a big problem! In an attempt to break the world record for the largest number of balloons released simultaneously, the residents of the city released almost 500,000 balloons into the air. While a fun, patriotic event at first, the balloons have started to fall towards the ground, where they will surely lead to massive property damage and destruction. As if half a million balloons in the air wasn't bad enough, many commercial air liners have been set off course by the mass of colored helium-sacks, and a large storm has rolled in! While these hazards will pop balloons, they won't do it as well as your trusty dart gun, so what are you waiting for? Get out there and help save Cleveland from destruction!"
