Return to Storage test

A new version of this scenario was uploaded on Sun Oct 26 21:05:27 UTC 2014 Added source code. Does anyone know why the storage isn't working on Greenfoot for already some days now?

Really? Hm, then I don't know what could be wrong with the connection of my browser to Greenfoot.

Ok, it works with Java 7.

Yep, it looks like the Applet permissions have been tightened with Java 8. See here - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23189650/new-java-security-accesscontrolexception-in-java-8 - for example.

Thank you for the link. I don't understand much from it though. Should I stick with Java 7 or is there an (easy) way to make it work in Java 8? I just read through some of the changes Java 8 brings, but if I understand it correctly, then it doesn't change anything in Greenfoot for me, right?

Right, I don't think this is something you can work around if you use Java 8. We need to come up with a suitable fix on our side, I guess (I mean, in Greenfoot and in the storage software on the server).

Every single time java got a minor update, I need to find out again how to get the green screen...(Yes, it works in the JS version without doing anything.)
