This game is SO fun!!!!
They knew how to make great games back then (though there are many excellent ones today), I do not think mine is nearly as good as the original. But I do like the death animation, for fun try this, collect all the treasures in a room and when the exit door opens stand near it and let yourself get hit with the dragon's fireball, in the treasure room while you are on fire you can run around for a bit, but if you go out the exit door while on fire something interesting. I am thinking of adding a bucket of water in the room so you can put yourself out once maybe twice if you are set aflame in the treasure room.
I know. I flew out the door and went way up into the sky, and hit the wall on the left side! It was so epic!

That gold dragon gets really REALLY FAST!!!!
The gold dragon will get to be nearly unbeatable in the 10th or 11th room. I think the red dragon is a little too easy. I plan on making 2 changes tonight - if you are on fire you can still pick up treasure, since at higher levels treasure at the bottom of the screen is almost impossible to get. I will add a randomly placed bucket of water that if you hit it while on fire you will be extinguished and not lose a life. If I have any time after that, I might leave a smoldering heap that emanates a random spark once you have died from burning in the treasure room.
Actually if you run straight to the left as soon as you walk into the room, you can run across the screen once without the dragon's aim catching up to you.
You have a 100 cycle count before the dragon is allowed to come after you, that is true for all dragons and it is something that should be taken advantage of. You can download the code and figure out an easy cheat to get across the bridge.

I am going to make a mod to this, I hope to get it done after the space platform challenge, I am going to make the bridge fireball sequence repeat, so when you start a game, the fireball sequence that happens on the bridge will be used for every bridge, so once you get the pattern down it will be much easier to cross, I hope to add an archer when you get past level 4, but at this time the bridge crossing is tricky enough as it is.
There was no update, I was just fixing a typo on the scenario description.
A new version of this scenario was uploaded on 2015-01-05 05:00:34 UTC fireballs high go faster and the lower ones go slower - I have to make a proper thing that sequences a fire pattern - now that the bridge is not as hard I might add an archer.
I keep getting NullPointerException
I'll check it out, can you cut/paste the error here?
I get a null pointer exception for trying to connect to the storage server, but it is not stopping the game.
