Breakout V0

So far it's fairly basic, but it works, and, as far as I'm concerned, well enough.

It took me a while to get the ball's collision with the blocks right until I finally settled on y = x / 3 and y = -x / 3 as my division lines.
That probably doesn't mean much to you unless you look at the code though...

Anyways, right now it's still a demo, and I'll probably find a better name for it than Brekaout V0 when it's done.

Controls:
Move paddle with mouse, bounce the ball back to break all the blocks.

NOTE: You cannot lose currently, when the ball misses your paddle, it bounces normally off of the ground. This is not a bug, I intend to remedy this after adding other things to the game.
