Count The Black Dots is a very cool illusion.
The opening view gives the strongest scintillating effect.
More black dots seem to appear as you scan across the image.
Just for the fun of it I added a method to rotate and scale the grid.
Hit the Run button to start rotation. Hit the rotating grid to change its size.

Hmm, surprisingly the rotating version isn't nearly as strong as the still one - not for me anyway. Interesting stuff!

Maybe you should edit the text? The text from the still version is more relevant. The scintillating effect hits best from it.
