It seems that no matter what I do, I cannot eliminate the lag. If you want to play it without lag and with sound, just download it and uncomment all the sound files.
Nice job, my only suggestion is to give Pac-Man more than 1 life and to maybe make the map a little narrower because sometimes Pac-Man doesn't eat the dots, but other than that you did a really nice job :)
