Please refer to my Value Display Tutorial scenario. A loading bar is just a non-textual representation of a value. The value is the loaded percent of the total to be loaded.

Change the beginning of line 2 in the Bullet class code above to "Main main = ...". The health field cannot be found otherwise.

Greenfoot community created Mario game

I created a side scrolling mario game based on Dillybar's rambario scenario which was based on Danpost's scrolling super world class. I was originally going to create more levels myself but that would take way too long. If you would like to create a level, I uploaded a level editor. Once you create a level, upload it to this discussion page (bookmark this page if necessary). If you would like to help in another way (creating maps, putting levels together, ect) let me know! Thanks in advance!

creating a lives counter in greenfoot

It is my first time programming and I am trying to use greenfoot. Im makinga game where the main car cannot let any other cars pass by it. It will shoot grenades at the other cars and the score will increase by 1 for each hit car. I am trying to implement a life system where for each car that manages to pass by and reach one side of the screen, a life will be lost. I have added the life objects onto the screen but have no idea as to how to implement the code?

class issue in greenfoot for score counter

Remove the middle line in your prepare method: <Code Omitted>You have already declared a Counter field called counter with a Counter object assigned to it (line 4 above). The line to be removed declares a local Counter variable called counter, whose name over-shadows that of the field. For the rest of the method "counter" refers to the local variable and to refer to the field you would need to use "this.counter".

Does the GifImage Class still work with Greenfoot 3.5.2?
