What kind of object is it? how will it behave with other objects in the world or what is it used for? What code do you currently have for the object? (read the 'posting code' link below the reply box before posting any).
This Joy of Code video CLICK HERE will assist you with that. It specifically talks about & displays what to do except in this case it has a ladybug being eaten by a turtle (making it disappear) but randomly reappears after being eaten
