Why Greenfoot Cannot Access Sound Card..?

I am a Linux user (Fedora, though this problem has plagued me on all other Linux systems too), and have always come across the "Greenfoot cannot access the sound card" error whenever Greenfoot is about to play a sound. How can I solve this problem? Thanks!

I've seen this problem with Greenfoot on Ubuntu, too. We've made some fixes, and I don't have the problem any more in the upcoming 2.1.0 release (due out within the next few days!). Try the 2.1.0 release when it comes out, and let us know if you still have any issues.
