"Views" are just page loads. It's possible to game that, although I really don't understand why anyone would want to do so. The view count is really there for the author to know how many people have looked at their scenario.
If you have a Mac, Linux, or cygwin (on pc), you can use a handy little utility called curl, this will fetch documents from web servers and dump the reply back to the console. I use this utility within shell scripts to automatically check customer sites to make sure they are still up every 10 or 15 minutes. A utility like this can be used to increase the page views.
