How to create messages "You Win / You Lose"

I tried to make a game, the rats eat the frog, and the snake eat the rat. if it takes a rat to the first three frogs mean a win and displays the message "You Win" but if the rat ingested by the snake first, then the dead rat and displays the message "Game Over" ==== Sorry for my english bad :(

Sounds like this: if no frogs are in the world, show win message; if no rats are in the world, show lose message. Both of these can be done in the world act method. What have you tried?
