Hello folks, At this stage I have no code whatsoever. I need to convert an image of stars from RGB into its Spectrum or so to say -wavelengths. I tried doing it manually with for loops and for statements; it was awful :D Can you give me any ideas on where to start?

A google search on "rgb to spectrum" showed some interesting-looking results so you might want to try that. Note that you can't convert all RGB combinations into a single wavelength, because some colours are made up of more than one frequency of light.
