Click on documentation, click on the first tutorial, and watch it. There are a bunch of tutorials on the Joy of Code aswell.

To learn about Object Oriented Programming and the Java language, check out the trails on Getting Started and Learning the Java Language within the Java tutorials. The second section labeled in red on the left called 'Trails Covering the Basics' is the best place to start.
