I am making a game called ball control, the ball does not show on the screen in the website but it does when I am programming it. I am new to greenfoot.

Try to add the ball in the world constructor and make shure that the right world is loaded when starting the game. That may help.
If it still doesn't work you should open the source code of your scenario so others can have a look at it.
You find the option to open the code when you upload the scenario. Underneath the discription.
