What if i will download somebody's scenario and then open the csv file(note that it takes userinfo) Will i be able to see their score?

Yes. But they would only be the scores from playing on the author's computer; mostly, if not all, from testing the code. To be sure, anything put to UserInfo here is NOT stored to the csv file.
