So i've been working on this game for a while now, but when I export it as a jar file and open it, it runs terribly! What do I do?

the jar file that i made with greenfoot is running fine in greenfoot, but extremely slowly when I open the jar file directly
whats your scenario size ???
i think this will work
1. reduce the world size or
2. decrease the no. of animation of images or
3. don't use a lot of images or
4. delete some musics or
5. remove the codes which are not necessary or
6. reduce the no. of actors or
7. try to remove some loops also
