how to open .jar files once you have exported them??

I have exported my greenfoot game, but whenever I try to open it, i just get an error called "A JNI error has occurred, please check your installation and try again. " followed by ANOTHER error titled "A Java exception has occurred." I wanted to put this game on itch.io, but I can't even open the file. Any tips are appreciated.

When you export your scenario it will show browser button near it click that and browse your scenario where you want it to be thier

well I can find the file, it's just when i double click, it shows those errors instead of the scenario

I tried using launch4j to convert the file to exe, but that didn't work either
