nice that you solved it, but why do you thought of defragmenting your computer because of a corrupt file? btw. if you don't want us to know your real name you should edit your first message

My computer always defragment on the first of every month. :) Well... I sometimes tell my first name in the credits, so I don't care! ;)

I'm not quite sure how defragmenting would solve it, but oh well! Googling around, this error seems to pop up if you don't run the Java installer as an administrator - instead of just running the file, right click -> run as administrator and hopefully the problem should go away.

I'm not quite sure, but it seems, that the problem solved itself... I haven't done anything and suddenly it works!
