I have the same problem with Greenfoot version 2.1.2. If you are not upgraded to Greenfoot version 2.2.0 or better, I would suggest you do so. This may be a bug on the site, not allowing older version(s) (at least 2.1.2) to be able to upload scenarios properly.

Could you all try again, there was a bug on the server that was breaking uploads from older versions. But note that upgrading to the latest version of Greenfoot is always advised.
