"play" could be an actor; although, it does not have to be. If the user has other options other than play, then an actor would probably be the appropriate choice. If playing is the only option, then an actor is not necessary. You could transition to the new world when the 'Run' button is clicked in the environment or you could just have any key press or mouse click trigger the transition after 'Run' is clicked.
