Password Problems

A student is trying to locate/change his password but each time he completes the process for requesting a new password the new password does not work? He requests the password update link > he opens his email clicks the link > changes his password > returns to Greenfoot and the new password does not work. Any recommendations?

Hi, (as per Greenroom discussion) the student can contact support via support@greenfoot.org - if we have their email address/username we can investigate. The most likely reason is that they are entering the wrong username when logging in. (Perhaps they are entering their email address instead of username).
