It only works for those, that are registered and logged in on this webpage.

Available? If you mean: will your scores be registered on scenarios that use it, then, yes, as long as you are logged in. If you mean: can you program scenarios using it, then, as long as you are using Greenfoot 2.2.0 or later, yes. NOTE: it was called 'PlayerInfo' in the beta version of 2.2.0, only. It is now referred to as 'UserInfo'.
