Need help making a shield energy bar.

So i'm making a shield energy bar that has to decreases from 100 to 0 gradually, but when hit it loses 25 energy automatically. I have already made a graphic for the shield energy bar and was wondering if there was a way to make the image decrease in width by 1 instead of making 100 different variations of the same picture, each one pixel shorter than the last?
