Greenfoot not starting up. Need urgent help

Thought it was a firewall problem, disabled antivirus, windows firewall, allowed java and greenfoot on the firewall, uninstaled both java and greenfoot, rebooted. Everything I could possibly do. I dont know what to do and I need the program for a class I am taking in school. Please Help. Thanks!

Where does it not work? Is it when you try double-clicking on the Greenfoot.exe file (or shortcut), or some other time? Wherever the problem is, what happens when you try opening it, absolutely nothing as if you haven't done anything at all, or some message pops up? I'm asking because different things would be happening for different reasons (naturally).

Its when I double-click the exe or shortcut. ”Greenfoot failed to launch. For help go to https://www.greenfoot.org/support” pops up. Also, this:
