BTW the Stand Alone download's jdk folder doesn't include the lib folder and doesn't work with Greenfoot. It says cannot find tools.jar and suggests that this may be a JRE.
The JDK's "lib" folder is definitely present in the zip file. You have extracted the file incorrectly or somehow accidentally removed the "lib" folder after extraction.
