Interesting idea, but why not make it so each one spins in turn and you have to pull the lever to stop it on the right one so they all match up? Then perhaps you could introduce coins, eg. you start with 10 coins, it costs one to play, you get 2 points for matching 2 up, 8 points for all 3 or something like that...
