every time you eat an apple, you will grow by 1 but so is the randomized barrel (score+=1)
the barrels will refresh its position after you eat one apple, and if you collide with it you will lose 1 body (score-=1)
you immediately lose if you collide with your own body part
you win if your score reaches 50
