Ok, that makes a bit more sense. Greenfoot filters out that warning, but it only knows the English version. Maybe I can see if it's possible to filter out the Chinese one too, for a future version of Greenfoot.

@davmac I tried standalone(USB) version of Greenfoot today, and the warning no longer shows up. Everything's going right. It seems the warning related both Chinese Windows OS and JDK 1.7. Cause the USB version has it's own JDK in version 1.6.0.
