Trees

Collect seeds to plant trees! Everytime you plant a tree, a bird comes and eats the seeds you have just used. Remember, you can only plant a tree if you are on the grass!

Nice scenario! A few touches that could be made (animating the birds for example) but overall it's a really nice idea :)

Dear mjrb4, Thank you for your nice comment! Actually, I did animate the birds at first, but that slowed everything else down to half speed when it was on full speed, and there was nothing I could do about it. Thanks for your suggestion anyway!

Hey, It sounds like that may be caused by the images not being static - in this case each image is loaded whenever it is needed in the animation which would slow things right down. If you want to give it another go then that's where I'd suggest the cause of the problem probably is. Incidentally, we're aware this really isn't the nicest way to handle images at all so there is talk of some sort of speedup mechanism in the future. Michael

Excellent - I like it! I like the fact that it has a good game story (helping the environment), and it's well done as well. Good animation of the walking girl.
