Rasterizer

This version of the Rasterizer has been mega-commented and has a finished README for anybody who would like to use this Ratserizer

It supports objects made of either 3 or 4 sided polygons, each with their own color
Every obect has its own rotation and location
Camera movement supported
Adding and removing from the raster
Z-sorting
Efiicient rendering, renders only vissible polygons, removing the rest from the buffer
