Yupz, thanks for your correction, I think this game has any bugs... I will fix them soon...

You just need to have the shots removed from the world when they hit the right edge of the screen. When spawned close enough to make it to the right edge, they do not get removed because the do not go far enough for it. With them building up on the right edge, any spawned fish are instantly killed by the shots and the score increases.
