I like the idea except that the paper can also be put into compost and as that is what I do at my own home would love to see it implemented but otherwise nice :D

Thats not right: paper may not and cannot be put into compost! Doing that you will get 5 seconds subtracted

Lol. Actually, http://www.compostinfo.com/tutorial/CanICompostIt.htm It looks like paper is compostable!
