Starfield Simulation

I got bored with the larger projects I was doing, yes, really, I am doing larger projects, so I decided to take a break and make this.

The whole thing took me roughly 30 minutes, so it's still pretty basic.

I mainly made it so I can have a starfield icon on my desktop.

Anyways...
You use the up arrow key and the down arrow key to change the 'blur' effect. In reality, it's how fast the shadow of a star fades away. But I call it a blur effect.
